End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

1. Licence Grant
Subject to these terms, Pre-Grade AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app or its content.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code or AI models.
- Use the app to build a competing product or service.
- Remove or obscure any proprietary notices within the app.
3. In-App Purchases
The app offers optional in-app purchases (Premium subscriptions) processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are subject to the respective store's terms. Pre-Grade AI does not process payments directly.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Grades generated by Pre-Grade AI are produced by an artificial intelligence system and are estimates only. They do not constitute professional appraisals and should not be relied upon for financial, insurance, or commercial decisions. Results may vary from grades issued by PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or other professional grading companies.
5. Termination
This licence is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term of this EULA. Upon termination you must delete all copies of the app.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PRE-GRADE AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
8. Apple & Google Addendum
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to this EULA and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app. You acknowledge that Apple has no warranty obligations with respect to the app. If you downloaded from Google Play, the same principle applies to Google.
