How accurate are the grades?

Pre-Grade AI uses Claude, Anthropic's state-of-the-art vision AI, trained on thousands of professional grading standards. Results correlate closely with PSA/BGS/CGC outcomes in controlled testing, but every AI has limitations. Treat grades as a strong educated estimate — not a certified professional opinion.

What's the difference between free and Premium?

Free: 3 grades per month, single photo per submission, last 5 grades in history.
Premium: Unlimited monthly grades, up to 3 photos per card, full grading history, detailed sub-scores (Centering, Corners, Edges, Surface), centering overlay, value estimates, CSV export, and submission calculator.

Can I submit multiple photos?

Premium subscribers can submit up to 3 photos per grade (front, back, and detail). Free users submit 1 photo. More photos generally produce more accurate results.

What types of items can I grade?

Pre-Grade AI grades Trading Cards (Pokémon, sports cards, MTG, and more) and Comic Books (Marvel, DC, manga, and independent titles). Use the appropriate type selector on the Grade screen for best results.

Will my grades match PSA/BGS/CGC exactly?

Not necessarily — professional graders use physical inspection and proprietary rubrics. Pre-Grade AI gives you a strong AI-based pre-grade to help you decide whether a card is worth the cost and wait time of professional submission.

Is my data private?

Yes. Images are processed in real time and not stored on our servers. Your grading history lives only on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Can I restore purchases on a new device?

Yes — tap Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
