Please read these Terms carefully before using Pre-Grade AI. By downloading or using the app you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Service

Pre-Grade AI ("we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered condition-grading tool for trading cards and comic books. The app uses machine learning vision analysis to provide estimated grade scores on a 1–10 scale. Grades are for personal reference only and are not official professional grading opinions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Pre-Grade AI. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Free Tier & Premium Subscriptions

Pre-Grade AI offers a free tier with limited monthly grades and a Premium subscription that unlocks unlimited grading, detailed sub-scores, expanded vault history, and additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by their respective Terms of Service.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store / Play Store account settings.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except as required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for fraudulent purposes or to misrepresent a collectible's condition to buyers or sellers.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI model or grading logic.
Upload images that infringe third-party intellectual property or violate any applicable law.
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pre-Grade AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated grades are estimates and may not match results from professional grading services. We expressly disclaim any warranty that grades are accurate, complete, or suitable for commercial transactions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pre-Grade AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to losses arising from reliance on AI grade estimates.

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, AI models, and grading rubrics are the property of Pre-Grade AI. Images you upload remain your property; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely for the purpose of generating your grade report.

8. Privacy

Your use of Pre-Grade AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
